Waitress Gets Huge Tip After Having Rough Year
As part of the CBS 6 Month of Giving campaign, a local waitress gets huge tip after her boss wrote a letter explaining her struggles. Her reaction to the surprise is just the best!
The news station posted the following on Facebook:
Some of you may have had a bad year, but it might not be as challenging as the year Missy Summers experienced.
The server at McLean’s lost her brother to a boating accident and had a nephew paralyzed in a moped accident.
On top of that, she took in a friend’s two children when they had nowhere else to go.
Upon hearing her story, Rob Cardwell decided to make her his CBS 6 Month of Giving recipient.
Missy’s reaction is gracious, warm and sweet, and had me crying along with her!
