Golden Globes Dance Scene Is Nothing Short of Epic

Jimmy Fallon kicked off the 74th Annual Golden Globes with a tribute to the night’s big winner, ‘La La Land’, that has raked in more than 9 million views on Facebook.

The musical number started with Jimmy Fallon singing in his limousine and featured a multitude of stars including Nicole Kidman, Tina Fey, Ryan Reynolds, Justin Timberlake, Amy Adams and the kid cast from Stranger Things.

The dance scene was inspired by the musical, ‘La La Land’, which earned a record breaking seven Globes for the film about two star-crossed lovers in Hollywood. According to NY Times, “No film has won more than four Globes since 1979, when the crime drama “Midnight Express” received six, the previous record-holding number.”
